A typical day, the support you'll get, and where it can lead
The details of what this job really looks like, beyond the posting.
A day on the job site
You arrive, we load up the equipment, and the team heads out to the day's job sites. Each stop has its own tasks — mowing, trimming, landscaping, maintenance — clearly explained before you start. The pace is steady but reasonable, with breaks built in, and you finish the day knowing exactly what you accomplished.
The support you'll get
In your first few weeks, you're paired with an experienced coworker who shows you the right techniques and the safety reflexes. Questions are always welcome — we'd rather answer twice than leave you guessing. No one expects you to know everything from day one.
Where it can lead
After a season, many workers take on more responsibility: training on specialized equipment (blowers, snow-removal machinery), an assistant crew-lead role, or direct involvement in more complex landscaping projects. Your progress depends on what you learn, not just how many years you've put in.
