Welcome to the Arts du Paysage website. By using this site, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by 9543-0641 Québec Inc., doing business as Landscape Arts (Arts du Paysage in French), in Gatineau, Quebec. You can reach us at artsdupaysage@gmail.com or 819 665-8202.

2. What the site does

The site presents our landscape maintenance, outdoor construction and residential snow removal services, along with our completed projects. It also lets you request a visit or a quote and apply for a job. The content is provided for information purposes.

3. Visit and quote requests

Submitting a form does not create any obligation, for you or for us. A service is confirmed only once we give you a quote and you accept it. Prices, timelines and descriptions shown on the site are general indications and may change depending on the condition of your property, the season and the nature of the work.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site in good faith. In particular, you may not: provide false information or impersonate another person; try to access the site's systems without authorization; disrupt its operation; or use the site to send unsolicited messages.

5. Content and intellectual property

The text, photos, videos, logos and other elements of the site belong to Arts du Paysage or are used with permission. You may not copy, modify or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share our public social media posts as long as you keep their context and credit us.

6. Our social media pages

We publish content (videos, photos, maintenance tips) on our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages. These posts are prepared and approved by Arts du Paysage, which remains responsible for what is published on its accounts. We may use software tools to prepare or schedule these posts, but nothing is published without our approval. Once you are on those platforms, your use is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Accuracy of information and limit of liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. Maintenance tips we publish are general in nature and do not replace an on-site assessment. To the extent permitted by law, Arts du Paysage is not liable for damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site. This clause does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

8. Links to other sites

The site contains links to third-party sites (social networks, Google, etc.). We have no control over their content or practices and are not responsible for them.

9. Personal information

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Quebec.
